This year our Winter Maintenance program starts on Oct 1, 2019.

Registration Dates:

Registration for returning swimmers is now open .  You should have received an email from our registrar.  If you have not yet received the email, please email the registrar directly.

New swimmer registration begins on August 15, 2019.

Fee Schedule

1 hour/week $320
2 hour/week $480
  • $100 Registration Fee will be applied to new swimmer  –  Please contact registrar@burnabymantas.ca if you were BCSSA swimmer in 2019 summer season.
  • Each additional sibling will receive $140 discount.

Practice Hours

Practice hours are divided into 4 time slots. – Saturday Morning, Evening and Sunday Morning, Evening as below.    Swimmers will swim 1 hour in each time slot with the group assigned.   If you choose to swim 2 hour per week,  swimmer will be assigned to 2 different date  (Not 2 consecutive hours).

Swimmers will be grouped according to their age/skills and once grouping is completed,  we will send the schedule by mid September through email.  Please note that new swimmer may be shift groups in the first few weeks with the coaches’ assessment.  We will try to coordinate for the most benefit for swimmer to excel and improve their swimming skill and endurance.

In the registration form, you will need to select all available time slot in the preferred order.  (If you have selected 2 hours/week,  select minimum of 2 time slot in different date.)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be addressed to the Registrar at registrar@burnabymantas.ca

  • Registration fee refunds are subject to a forty-five dollar ($45) per swimmer administrative fee.

  • Registrations cancelled before:

    • October 1, 2019, will be refunded total registration fees paid, less the administrative fee ($45).

    • October 15, 2019, will be refunded total registration fees paid, less fees 2 weeks prorated and the administrative fee ($45).

  • No refunds will be made for cancellations requested after October 15, 2019 except for medial reasons.

  • Cancellation due to medical reason will be refunded as below (Doctor’s note is required)

    • Cancellation made before Nov 21, 2019 – 75% refunded
    • Cancellation made between Nov 22, 2019 and Jan 15, 2019 –  50% refunded
    • Cancellation made between Jan 16, 2019 and Mar 1, 2020 – 25% refunded
    • No refund will be made for cancellation requested after Mar 1, 2020.
